Marketing Chad
You will own marketing. You have to be able to make decisions and defend them rationally when questioned. • email marketing • advertisements • sponsorships • competitive CS • reactivation of one of the largest user pools on the market • creating anew, not just repeating what you did at your previous place What we're looking for: • Veteran of the CS gambling ecosystem, internet culture, and the community around both. • Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs on each. Having ran accounts successfully in the past a massive plus • No data-driven paralysis. No "let's wait for the verdict from data". If you know how to market, you know what to do and the data proves you right in retrospect. Not the other way around. • You will not have a team, you will have people you respond to, with you being entirely responsible for your own actions and outcomes. 1 man marketing team, not a middle manager. Good applications state your relevant background to the role & heavily demonstrate what you have executed. Nobody cares about just a CV, nobody cares about you being "good" at something without any contextual proof or something to show for it. Indicating ideas and plans also welcome.

Support Agent
Empire runs with a very lean core team. Whilst support agents will support as their primary task, you are expected to do more. You answer tickets, investigate payments, take a deeper look when someone has an issue with their account. After those basics are done, you get to contribute elsewhere; stupid flows, something not making sense, product being sub-optimal — all there for you to address, alone or with the rest of team. Support is commonly a stepping stone, it's the first starting point and place to earn your bearings. It's your gateway to end up in product, marketing, antifraud, sports or general leadership. You need to be: • Comfortable with making decisions. After you have been onboarded, there will not be forever room to offload decisionmaking to others. • Have longstanding CS knowledge, preferably Empire user experience. • Former customer support & crypto experience is a plus, readiness to work long hours and genuine hunger to climb & contribute. You'll be fired soon enough if the goal is to bagfarm. Good application 101: • Tell us why you are a good fit contextually. Every single person on their application guarantees them being a hard worker and reliable, it means nothing. • Demonstrating things you have created/good ideas for the site will always get you far
